Jost Hotel Bordeaux Centre Gare Saint Jean

Loved the lovely staff who spoke great English! The breakfast was well-balanced & the room size was great 🛌. Only downside was the somewhat awkward entrance setup.

This brand-new hotel was a good place to visit. It was based in new building in a good location, too near the train tracks. I tried some drinks at gastropub Metsens, located 5 minutes walk away.

A great selection of appetising food. Particularly good location just next door to main train station, communication hub-trams and busses, could not be better. A great selection of food options at a short distance from the venue.

The room was cozy with beautiful decor, and I loved the communal coffee stations on each floor. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Limited storage space in the room.

We got a room with a walk-in shower.

The unit we got was really modern with the bathroom, a bar, for example.

Rooftop bar with fine sunset views.

The fire alarm went off multiple times, causing disruption and worry at inconvenient hours.

the beds were big, i slept well. i had coffee and tea in the morning. particularly good location of the hotel really near trainstation.

Funky and spacious family rooms feature quirky decor, complete with a music speaker to connect your playlist. The rooftop pool offers warm water and fine views, perfect for relaxation. Enjoy convenient tea and coffee stations on every floor. The staff were friendly.

The room was cozy with a nice view, and I loved the innovative design that maximized the space! The retro record player in the room was a fun touch. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable, made sleeping a bit tricky.

Consider using the comprehensive kitchen facilities available on every floor for easy meal prep during your stay.

The jost hotel is stylish, with a rooftop pool with great views. The staff is very accommodating. The free coffee and tea station in the hallway was a good touch ☕️

room storage could improve 🧳

The reception setup creates confusion, as it's located down a floor from the entrance, leading to a problematic check-in process that took too long. While the room featured good water pressure and comfortable bedding, the restrictive key card access to individual floors hindered communication between traveling companions. The communal coffee station lacked supplies, highlighting the inconsistency in service. At just under 500 euros for two nights, expectations were not met.

Family with children suitable pick

The staff were lovely they helped us out even with language issues. The room was super clean and they had fresh towels every day which reminded me of a luxury.

It wasn't exactly pocket change but it was alright for what we got.

Great staff fixed my WiFi issue promptly. Decent snack options available. Limited luggage storage.
